These terms and cancellation conditions govern the relationship between the guest and the accommodation provider: River Hotel, Company ID (IČ): 48592439, VAT ID (DIČ): CZ48592439, registered office at Nad Vavrouškou 696/19, Prague. The accommodation is located at Dvořákovo nábřeží, mooring no. 7, Prague.
1. Prices and services
Indicative prices are stated on the website and in presentation materials. The binding price is the one stated on the accommodation voucher.
2. Cancellation conditions
- Free for cancellation more than 30 days before arrival.
- 50 % of the price for cancellation less than 30 days before arrival.
- 100 % of the price for cancellation less than 7 days before arrival.
3. Cancelling a stay
Cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail to info@riverhotel.cz. The date and time the e-mail is sent are decisive for the cancellation fee.
4. Exceptions
We do not charge cancellation fees in cases of death in the family, hospitalisation, serious acute illness, a military call-up order or a natural disaster; this must be documented within 3 days.
5. Payment
Payment and any cancellation fee can be settled per the details sent by the provider; communication is handled via info@riverhotel.cz.
6. Final provisions
These conditions form part of the accommodation order. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to them.
