How does check-in work? +
Check-in is available from 14:00. If you arrive earlier, we'll gladly store your luggage. The reception welcomes you seven days a week from 8:00 to 20:00.
Is parking available at the hotel? +
Paid zone parking is available in the area around Dvořák Embankment. The nearest public car parks are at Jan Palach Square and the Old Town underground garages.
Do you offer breakfast? +
Yes, a rich buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant every day from 8:00 to 10:00. Breakfast is included in most rates.
Are pets allowed? +
We gladly welcome small pets by prior arrangement. A symbolic fee is charged for the pet's stay.
Can I cancel my booking? +
